Manage and motivate organizational talent through performance objectives, feedback and coaching, succession planning, and development. • Prepare and/or recommend operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives. • Develop and deliver product compliance training programs to raise awareness and understanding within the organization **Minimum Job Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree • 10 years of progressive experience in product regulatory or certification roles • 5 years of management experience **Preferred Job Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in environmental or safety engineering • Strong understanding of international product certification standards (e.g., UL, CSA, ANSI, and CE) and regulatory requirements (e.g., TSCA, RoHs, REACH, Cal. Prop 65) in a global manufacturing environment. • Experience leading compliance initiatives across multiple geographies and markets. • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable strategies. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Knowledge of quality and manufacturing systems and the connection to regulatory or compliance requirements. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively without authority. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • MS proficiency. • Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP. **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee
