s brand and creates new business opportunities. + Develops, maintains and implements promotional and customer appreciation materials/programs. + Maintains knowledge of existing, new and potential new opportunities throughout the industry. + Prepares lists of prospects from leads, and calls on prospective customers. + Gathers and maintains actionable business intelligence related to internal and industry contracts, including upcoming projects, grants / funding, work awarded to competitors, engineering firms being utilized, material availability and sources, etc). + Remains involved in the life cycle of the customer from introduction to the bidding process and follow-up of contract awards. + Communicates with the Executive Team and other TelCom members with findings and recommendations of follow up needed. + Other duties as assigned Qualifications, Skills and Experience + Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Marketing or related field and 10 or more years of telecommunications industry customer experience-related position, or combination of education and experience
