This responsibility includes directing craftspeople and subcontractors; providing quality control; assuring conformity to plans and specifications; maintaining sequences to meet schedule; maintaining short and long-term production schedules; conducting weekly job site coordination and safety meetings; scheduling equipment furnished by Nabholz; and administering job site safety program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : + Safety: Continual enforcement of safety rules and regulations, inspecting our self-performed work as well as all work performed, and observe methods and procedures of craft workers. + Elimination of unsafe work practices and making corrections when needed.
