Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you’ll do** + Coordinate safety training sessions and maintain training logs + Support site audits and data collection in the field + Track and schedule employee safety certifications + Assist with incident investigations and reporting + Monitor job site PPE usage and field compliance + Prepare reports on safety performance and trends + Maintain safety documentation and SDS records + Communicate updates to safety procedures and protocols + Provide field support during safety events and inspections + Collaborate with Safety and HR departments on initiatives **What you’ll need** + To be 18 years of age or older + Aerial and underground telecommunications experience perferred + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + High school diploma or GED + 1–3 years of safety program experience or coordination support + Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety tracking systems **Physical abilities & exposures** + **Routinely:** Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations + **Occasionally:** Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles **Why grow your career with us** Your career here
