This position closely collaborates with Marketing and Operations to achieve success and growth. As a “trusted advisor” to both existing and new customers, this position seeks to provide high quality service in support of our Brand Promise and Customer Guarantees and Pledges.Essential Functions:1. Responsible for growing commercial propane sales to trade and affinity partners.2. Develops a territory sales plan to include annual goals, annual activities and trade targets to support corporate market growth strategy.3. Develops business relationships with impactful builders, remodelers, realtors, appliance stores and stove shops to add value and earn repeat liquid product business.4. Accurately and timely prepares and presents proposals to existing and potential new customers.5. Leverages industry information and incentives to grow business (PERC and others)6. Collaborates with Marketing to develop “Tool Kits”, collateral, co-branding and co-op opportunities7. Collaborates with operations to ensure required service standards are agreed upon and adhered to.8. Responsible for customer relations and quality service before, during and after the sale.9. Maintains harmonious relationships and good communication with other departments (service, credit, and delivery) to ensure consistent and excellent service.10. Actively participates in trade shows and conducts training and education seminars with customers11. Uses SalesForce.Com to manage targeted trade and affinity partners; manage tasks, events and stages of proposals as well as document sales results.Other Tasks:Assists with special projects and other work-related duties as assigned.Education:A high school diploma or equivalent
