External Reporting Manager
s quarterly earnings releases and related GAAP to Non-GAAP reconciliation package + Prepare standalone financial statements for the company’s employee benefit plans for submission to the Department of Labor (DOL) + Analyze balance sheet accounts during quarterly close + Query and collect data to support compliance with Government reporting requirements + Assist with analysis of certain technical accounting areas as needed, including accounting for defined benefit plans and restructuring **Support technical accounting team efforts:** + Assist in preparing developing/deploying training materials for field finance teams + Assist in providing/reviewing content in quarterly newsletters for world-wide finance team + Assist accounting personnel worldwide with select US GAAP accounting
