Project Controls Manager II
Policies & Procedures. **Additional Responsibilities:** + Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude. + Ensures QA/QC and Environmental processes are implemented according to the plan and are consistently adhered to. + Fosters a culture of continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, construction management, accounting, or 8 years’ related experience required. + 7 or more years’ relevant experience in project controls/commercial management/project management (construction environment a plus) required. + Ability to travel domestically up to 50% required. + Must possess a valid Driver’s license. + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. + Ability to work independently and be proactive. + Strong or proficient understanding of cost and change management + Strong negotiation skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong leadership, mentoring and facilitation skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and approaches. + Strong decision-making skills. + Strong writing and reporting skills. + Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Visio, cost databases). + Intermediate experience with job costing or accounting software – knowledge of IFS, Procore, HeavyJob and HeavyBid an advantage. + Intermediate experience with Primavera P6. + Understanding of safety and OSHA requirements. + Functional competencies in accountability, attention to detail, prioritization, business acumen, and collaboration. **Anticipated base salary range:** $116,000 to $145,000 The final agreed upon compensation
