+ Maintains a District Bench of talent by using and training the current development tools such as Behavior based interviews, hiring high potential candidates, creating, and maintaining purposeful IDP’s, provide development activities, maintain and active District succession plans, conduct Talent Reviews, maintaining a current and active 9-Box and providing ongoing coaching and training. **SUPERVISION** : + Directly supervises approximately 10 to 15 store managers. + Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of his/her district unit. + Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. + Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring; training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. **RELATIONSHIPS** + **Internal:** The incumbent
