+ Any additional duties as assigned by Coach/Manager/Director. **Requirements** + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume sales environment; preferably in the cruising and travel industry. + Proven success as a sales representative as measured by level of sales performance against established goals and objectives. + Experience in following technical processes and ability to grasp system logic. + Strong personal computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software. + Highly motivated self-starter who demonstrates a commitment to achieving individual sales and booking targets while developing ongoing guest relationships for future business + Demonstrated strong work ethic and the ability to work in a goal oriented, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines. + Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
