Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you’ll do as an Aerial Foreman** + Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements. + Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators + Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job + Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders + Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws + Provide guidance and support to others as needed + Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice + Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance + Other duties as assigned **What you’ll need** + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience + Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record + Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card + Supervisory or managerial experience preferred + At least 3 years of related work experience + To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified + CDL Class “A” driver license
