as the technical leader in Field Machining and Metrology services through the presentation of the company value proposition + Secure RFQ’s from existing and potential customers through on-site sales meetings and introductory presentations at the customer facility + Understand and communicate the needs of the customer to IPM technical team + Assist in the preparation and presentation of quotes and follow up proactively on those quotes with customers + Develop presentations and marketing materials for customers both internal and external + Resolve customer complaints + Keep management informed of industry trends and monitor competitor activities + Maintain and expand professional and technical knowledge + Keep accurate records + Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers + Regular and punctual attendance
