Job Summary Job Summary Working as a Facilities Coordinator, you are responsible for support to the Mobile Operations Support team in hospital environments throughout the DC and Maryland region. You are responsible for planning, prioritizing and controlling functions of computerized programs in maintenance operations, construction, financial management, and office operations. Responsibilities: * Prepares, sets-up system and maintains computerized accounting of day-to-day operating costs, including materials, labor and projects; * Maintains computerized maintenance management system and all other data, hardware, software systems related to the department's operation; * Sets-up, audits, and maintains office, including warehouse, blueprint index, manufacturer library, POM filing system and all other maintenance department records; * Audits, researches, gathers data, and prepares reports on costs, quality assurance and day-to-day operations; * Monitors work order assignment and completion; * Assists in training, orientation and scheduling of employees; * Ensures data entry in all systems
