HVAC Journeyman - Heavy Commercial
Match + Continuous Training Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Ensuring top quality work produced. and most of all; safely. + Perform quality sheet metal installation (Projects such as: schools, hospitals, multi-story buildings, colleges, new construction, demo, and remodel). + Achieve project's environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. + Reliable Transportation to and from the job site. + Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job per the Superintendents / Foreman Directions + Participate in company provided training opportunities and meetings + Always wear proper PPE and comply with all safety standards and processes. Skills + 4+ years’ experience in installation of all Commercial HVAC systems and equipment. + Willingness to teach apprentices the HVAC Sheetmetal, proper use of tools, and Safety protocols + Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. + Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job
