honestly and fairly with regard to maintaining good public relations with all customers, competitors and vendors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Handles inbound sales leads to convert leads into sales, or refers them to field representatives or partners, as appropriate. Meets or exceeds assigned quarterly sales quotas. Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers or to partners by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell solutions. Meets outbound call metrics as set and measured on a monthly basis. + Builds and maintains customer and/or partner relationships, emphasizes marketable features, quotes prices and credit terms, prepares sales orders, and estimates date of delivery based on delivery schedules, coordinates customer and/or partner training. + Assists Outside Sales Representatives with optimizing opportunities through scheduling of appointments /meaningful selling interactions. + Works in coordination with Outside Sales Representatives to update and maintain CRM records such as contact information, activities, accounts, leads and opportunities. + Acts as the main point of contact with customer to take basic orders and assist with change orders. + Supports respective sales team in areas such as quotation generation, customer follow-up and support, accessing information about specific customers and other support functions. Serves as a liaison between customers and/or partners and appropriate company departments to resolve customer and/or partner
