Pay and benefits for employees represented by a union are outlined in their collective bargaining agreement. **Position Purpose:** Responsible for developing, planning, and monitoring operations for various sections of the materials department to include preparation of specific written plans for lab pack repack, material processing, tank farm, and receiving sections to achieve optimal burn results for incinerators. Provides assistance to plant operations personnel to include troubleshooting, process startups, production volume, and site equipment problems.
