Maintenance Technician
after hours, weekends and holidays in emergency situations associated with the facilities.**Position Summary**A Maintenance Technician will function as a mechanic in the installation, maintenance and repair of the facility, its utilities, equipment and machinery used in the production of Medical Device products. Incumbents will be involved in the design, engineering, upgrade, troubleshooting, new installation and preventive maintenance of all kinds of production and support utility equipment.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**- Performs corrective and preventative maintenance, monitoring, and repairs, including documentation on assigned equipment or systems to ensure it operates in a safe, timely, effective and efficient manner.- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, motors, HVAC equipment, soft motor controllers, variable frequency drives, fire protection and BAS computer driven equipment- Performs general technical, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting and plumbing repairs including but not limited to; Repair/replacing general lighting, pumps, motors and belts. Repair/replacing toilets, faucets, drinking fountains, soft water systems and general plumbing. General construction and repair of walls, painting, sheetrock, ceilings and floors.- Assures work
