Earned Value: + Implements and maintains an Earned Value Management System on the project. + Analyzes cost and schedule performance indicators (CPI and SPI). + Prepares and maintains project forecasts and status updates. + Provides assessment with corrective action recommendations to management. Other Duties: + Fulfill project manager requests for changes on new and existing sites. + May provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to others in the resolution of project control problems + Performs other functions associated with this position as appropriate + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Mathematics or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 3+ years of related work experience. + Proficient project controls skills including a working knowledge of various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Detail oriented + Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) + Able to work independently + Basic financial acumen + Problem solving + Willingness to work with a diverse team + Ability to multitask + Knowledge of Power BI + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. **Security Clearance Requirement:** None This position
