Desktop Support Technician
and Departmental expectations: + Read, understand & adhere to company Standard Operating Practices including those related to the CIVCO Quality Management System, & IT Cyber Security Policies. + Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of IT services. + Maintain or create departmental documentation of current processes as required. + Travel to Kalona facility when required. Education & Experience + Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience with workstation support and network administration fundamentals.
