policies and procedures throughout the office. + Demonstrate the ability to tactfully handle difficult situations. + Anticipate problems and provide contingency plans and recommendations. + Organize personal schedule to maximize productivity and time management. + Perform other tasks or assignments as delegated by the Engineering Manager and/or COO or their designate. **What you will bring:** + Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Minimum five (5) years of related experience in a sales leadership role. + Overall knowledge of refrigerated transport and cold chain solution sales, service, installation + Experiencing the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs. + Team skills, both as a leader and team member. + Strong planning, organizational and delegation skills. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Effective negotiation skills + Strong analytical skills + Strong relationship building skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, Access + Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: + DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. **Compensation:** Base Pay Range: $ 110,000-$150,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission plan.
