s results included in investor presentation and quarterly supplemental financial reporting and providing insightful, actionable input to the EFP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury and the Global Functional spend groups. + Digital Business Controllership: Partner with the global Digital CFO and in a matrixed manner, manage, supervise and lead the Digital Controller and collaborate on strategic agenda to build out systems, process and organizational construct to support the planned growth in this business, in particular, focused on revenue and internal use labor and capital deployment. + Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and industry standards. Maintain, enhance and improve our global system of internal controls (both within the Sox and Sox-lite programs). + Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering professional development; diversity, equity and inclusion; a high performance culture; and a collaborative and innovative mindset. + Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within the accounting functions, as well as, drive improvements across other key business process cycles (inclusive of, revenue, procurement – opex and capex, payroll, benefits and equity based plans, real estate, tax – indirect, treasury, and customer contract costs (commission and intake). + Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
