Enforcement Officer
personnel, visitors and assets. + Greets all persons entering or calling the facility and provides information to their inquiries and/or requests. + Enforces company policy concerning security, life/safety on the company premises. + Leads a staff of Enforcement Officers employed by Medical Mutual and externally contracted security management personnel. + Partners with external contracted security management and personnel (currently United American Security LLC). + Handles administrative duties for personnel, including creating and managing weekly staff scheduling and participation in the interview process for new personnel. + Assists Medical Mutual Security Management in preparation for security related exercises and training, to include emergency preparedness planning and training (i.e. fire and other evacuations, lockdowns and incidents -i.e. active shooter) and associated employee training. + Monitors company CCTV, operates access control systems, provides general observation and surveillance of inner and outer perimeter of company property. + Patrols the building for potential security incidents, safety and fire hazards, unsecured areas, and unauthorized persons. + Protects company assets relative to theft, damage, fire and other safety related
