work in an assigned area, and on occasion, will beasked to travel to other territories to work as workloads dictate. LossControl Specialists will be provided with a laptop, cell phone, andtraining materials. With the successful completion of training, acompany car will also be provided.Requirements:- Valid US Drivers license- Excellent Communication Skills- Good knowledge of computers and other electronic devices, including Microsoft office products- Ability to work in an autonomous environment which includes managing own workload effectively, working independently, making sound decisions based on training and achieved skills- Organizational and problem-solving skills- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, walk through both interior and exterior of buildings, work in all types of weather conditions- A background in Fire Safety, Safety, Construction, Electrical, Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarms, or similar experience
