Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you’ll do as a operator** + You will safely operate drill equipment on jobsite which may include but not limited to the following: Directional Drill, Backhoe / Excavator, Skid Steer, Tractor Trailer (Moving Equipment / Haul Water), Vacuum Truck/Trailer + You will restore and/or landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite + You will develop and maintain a bore schedule + You will be responsible for the site set-up and clean-up + You will load and unload tools, materials and equipment on truck + You will be involved in new site Job Safety Analysis – JSA prior to starting construction + You will set up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers and at times flagging traffic **What you’ll need** + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + You have a valid standard Driver's License or a Class A Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement + You have an MVR record that
