Associate Corporate Counsel (hybrid)
* Provide assistance to the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel;* Manage outside counsel and provide oversight as may be required; and* Provide guidance and direction to paralegals and other support staff members of the Legal Department.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) Degree with at least four (4) years of relevant work experience as an attorney;Must have a practicing license and be in good standing within a particular state jurisdiction;Must have excellent writing and communication skills;Must be willing to travel; andPrevious experience with manufacturing and/or construction industry a plus.MINIMUM COMPETENCIES:* Ability to prioritize and balance competing
