Program Policies, Standards, Guides, and Contractual commitments and minimum preset requirements.* Coordinating with Managers and staff as project completion approaches in order to facilitate a smooth start-up of the new facilities.* Managing all construction contract modification requests, including their validity according to the dispositions from Contract Documents, and administer all negotiations towards formal change orders for cost and time adjustments, while making sure to address Client’s needs.* Ensure scope of subcontracted construction work
