Responsibilities Include: + Complete and submit provider enrollment applications with commercial payors, Medicaid, and Medicare across multiple states. + Manage credentialing requirements in PECOS, CAQH, NPPES, and other relevant systems. + Maintain up-to-date provider profiles and ensure timely re-attestations and revalidations. + Collaborate with the Talent Operations, Revenue Cycle, Admissions, and Compliance teams to align credentialing with onboarding and billing readiness. + Track and follow up on application statuses, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely approvals. + Document and communicate credentialing progress and
